Emotional health is the key to our own sense of freedom. Freedom from over-analysis, freedom from the constructs we humans build in our worlds and societies. We are constantly ensnared by pain that we produce ourselves, by our past, by our projections, and by our expectations. Accept the flow of achievements and disappointments, of constant change in your life, and you will learn to respond to events in your life without a sense of fatalism, but rather of optimism.
Although the spirit is unseen, it is a powerful guide for all of us. Our spirit guides, and our mind assists in life. Remember, spirituality is the practice of understanding your spirit. It is not about belief in a specific teaching or practice. It’s knowing that you are on the right track, that you are here to serve, and you have a purpose beyond your own life.
Money remains pivotal to surviving in this day and age but does not define who we are. To control money and achieve financial empowerment, we must be comfortable with money. When we receive money as a gift it should not be pushed away, but instead welcomed through defining own wants and needs. To have a good relationship with money, we need to develop good feelings around money.
Your space influences your clarity. You do not require immense space, but you do need to ensure that your space cues your mind for calmness, positivity, and creativity. Physical clutter impedes this process. Regardless of the size of your space, keep it organized, and keep meaningful items in place. They will remind of you of your motivating factors: your identity, your values, and your goals.
